L'Abri Côtier, a family campsite in the Gulf of Morbihan
The team of the Abri-Côtier, campsite in the Gulf of Morbihan in Saint Gildas de Rhuys, welcomes you at the reception from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm. Arrivals are registered from 3pm.
We will be able to answer all your questions about the L’Abri-Côtier campsite and its region, the treasures to be discovered in Morbihan and Brittany.
At the reception, we also have tourist brochures of nearby sites, board games (on loan), ice packs, barbecues (on loan).
Bakery, grocery and snack shop
From 8.15 am, every day in July and August and on order the day before, breads and pastries are waiting for you at the campsite reception. If you wish, we can provide you with a full breakfast on order.
You will also find at the reception a grocery area with a selection of regional products and fresh drinks as well as vegetables from our vegetable garden (organic tomatoes, etc.).
For your meals, several evenings a week, food-trucks come to the Abri-Côtier to offer you chicken / chips, Breton pancakes, mussels / chips, … Ask for the program! Near the campsite, you will also find 4 supermarkets and 2 mini-markets.
Comfort at the campsite
In order to respect the sleep of all, for your vehicle, 2 car parks are at your disposal in case of late returns (between 10.30 pm and 8 am).
Need to stay connected? You have free Wifi Internet access in the games room, the billiard room and the food truck area. If you need to have continuous Internet access, you can benefit from Wifi on your plot (extra charge).
The Presqu’île de Rhuys is full of charming landscapes often close by and accessible from the highly developed network of cycle paths. We put at your disposal the cycling map of the Presqu’ile to allow you to move around easily. Marked mountain bike trails are also accessible from the campsite. To set off on an adventure, we offer bike hire at the reception for young and old (children’s trailer and animal trailer available. Helmets and padlocks provided).
You wish to come with your sailboat or boat to make the most of the Golfe du Morbihan? Our campsite L’Abri-Côtier has a large fenced area under camera and barrier to accommodate your boat trailer for the time of your stay.

The campsite l’Abri-Côtier has 3 sanitary blocks where you will have at your disposal :
- 9 WC, 4 urinals and 2 WCs dedicated to children,
- 11 spacious showers and 12 washbasins including 5 in individual cabins,
- 2 complete cabins to handicapped standards with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer,
- 2 baby cabins equipped with bathtub and changing table,
- 14 washing-up sinks and a specific sink for the fishing return,
- A laundry room with washing machine (6 €) and dryer (3 €), 2 washing sinks and an ironing board. Loan of iron and washing powder to be asked at the reception.
To guarantee impeccable cleanliness, our toilet blocks are cleaned twice a day.
